Brown By ordering a license to sell a product of mine, you agree to the terms outlined below. ------------------------------------------------ 1. The recommended selling price for the reports are $15.00. While I cannot legally force you to comply with this recommendation, I would appreciate your integrity in not devaluing it. I don't mind you making special offers, but would respectfully ask that you do not sell it for less than $15.00. 2. You may not alter the salesletter in any way other than adding your name alongside mine at the conclusion of the page. 3. You may not misrepresent the course in any way or use misleading promotional tactics and / or materials to market the course. You will be responsible for any damages created as a result of inaccurate or unethical marketing practices. 4. This is NOT a "PLR" license. You may not change the course itself in any way. You may not give away any portion of the course. 5. You may not authorize other people to sell the product. You cannot grant reprint or resale rights to others. 6. You MAY sell the course as part of a package. Again, I ask that you do not devalue this product by selling it cheaply. This course should be marketed as a "part" of the package and not a "bonus" for the package. 7. You must setup this product for order processing on your own site. Please DO NOT send any of your customers to MY download location. Everything must be hosted at your own site and orders processed from your site. 8. You may not sell this course at any online auction site including, but not limited to, Ebay.com. 9. Any violation of this agreement will be subject to a revoking of this license in which case all monies paid will be forfeited. This constitutes the entire license agreement. Any disputes or terms not discussed in this agreement are at the sole discretion of Jimmy D. Brown

The cost for this license is a one-time fee of $47 with no additional royalties or payments due. You may sell an unlimited number of copies of this course!
